Imran did a fantastic job, he completed an entire house with several rather challenging rooms in about half an hour. He was professional and very friendly and also advised us what to do after the treatment is done to maximize its effectiveness. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Imran and how satisfied I'm with the entire experience, definitely top 3 customer service interactions I've ever had the pleasure of having. Friendly, efficient and professional. I only wish more companies provide this type of services and customer service like this in Canada. Hands down, One of the most professional and honest businesses in the city I've ever dealt with! Ghesyar is absolutely professional and knowledgeable in his work on top of being honest and truthful... He takes his time in doing inspection and explaining underlying bug issues to you ... in few occasions, I sent him pictures of bugs and bites on my body to him in suspicion of bedbug _ but with one simple look at the pictures he put my mind at ease and dismissed my worries about bedbugs.. while in fact there are some greedy dishonest businesses out there in the city that falsely say you have bedbugs to come over and sell their service to you.(one of my friends has been the victim of these scams).
